Registered users of SlowGold can automatically obtain a new authorization code here.  You must enter the email address we have on record for your name, and this must also be the email address where you are currently receiving email as that is where it will be sent. 

 

If you are not able to get your auth code or have any special circumstances please send an email to support@slowgold.com with "Record not Verified" in the subject line so that we can research the issue. Make sure to include your name, postal address and email address you used when you placed your order, plus any other pertinent information that may be helpful.  We will get back to you just as soon as possible -- normally within two business days.  Thank you for your patience.
