How does it work? Simple - you put an audio CD in your CD-ROM drive, fire up SlowGold, and click the "Make Loop Point"  button at the beginning and end of a musical passage you want to learn. Then click the Transform button to listen to that passage at 5 to 200 percent of the original speed. (After you've worked on it a while, you might gradually raise the speed to, gaining mastery as you play along.) To really gain confidence for those situations where the song starts a little fast, you can even play along faster than the original recording.
