Technical Support
Technical support for both SlowGold and SlowBlast! is currently
available by email only. We strive to answer all email inquiries within two
business days, and most often are able to respond within one business
day (and frequently on weekends as well).
When requesting support, the
following information will help us to solve your problem more quickly:
- Name of the product (SlowGold or SlowBlast!);
- What Operating System (Win98, WinMe, WinXP, etc);
- A description of the problem;
- Version of the program you are running if able to get that information -- look in the Help\About Menu in
SlowGold and the Options\About menu for SlowBlast! (or indicate the name of the setup file
you downloaded);
- If receiving an error message in SlowGold, send us your error log which
you will find at one of these locations depending upon which version you are
running: C:\Program Files\ SlowGold2002\sgerr.log, or C:\Program
Files\SlowGold\sgerr.log;
- If you don't have an error log, please tell us what the error message
says.
